- Resident of a country outside New Caledonia (passport).
- Holder of an international air ticket for a stay of under 3 months.
- To be valid, the PASS must be paid in full before first coupon departure.
- The coupons must be utilised at the latest 2 months after the date
of issue of the PASS.

from all Air Calédonie travel offices and stopovers and from licensed
agents.

of flight: no charge (+ 72 hrs before departure).
Change of destination : € 8.38 charge.
