Check the expiration date of your ID

The first thing to do is to check the validity of your identity document. This will be required at boarding on our entire network. Make sure it is also valid on your return date as this could prevent you from boarding. For our youngest passengers, certain specificities apply. Do not hesitate to consult them before your departure.

Maximize your comfort

Although the journeys are short, it is important to be comfortable on board (just to start the holidays well). For people sensitive to noise, prefer seats at the front of the aircraft. You will hear less engine noise. And to enjoy a beautiful view, choose the window side. You can admire the magnificent view of our lagoon.

Check in online

No more queues to access the check-in counter. Checking in online will also allow you to be less stressed on the day of departure. To do this, go to our website. Online check-in is available from 30h until 40 minutes before your flight. At the airport, go directly to the “baggage drop” counter reserved for passengers registered online. And if you only have carry-on baggage, it’s even faster! You can go directly to boarding.

Your luggage

To leave with peace of mind, remember to check that your luggage complies with the company’s dimensions and the allowance indicated on your ticket. This will save you from having to unpack your suitcase a few minutes before departure or paying for excess baggage. In addition, we invite you to pay particular attention to your cabin baggage. Be sure to always take valuable, fragile or essential items with you to deal with any type of unforeseen event. Medicines, identity documents, means of payment for example, must always travel with you.

Information : Write offset – BCI banking transactions

Many of you have noticed debits on your BCI bank account in favor of Air Calédonie, without having purchased tickets in recent days.

This is neither a scam nor wild levies on the part of the company.

The company has been informed by the BCI that customers of this bank who have purchased plane tickets online (via EPayNC) between October 1, 2022 and February 15, 2023 have not yet been debited from their account. Thus, the BCI is currently updating these operations and the direct debits correspond to the actual amount and date of the transaction.

The company invites its customers who would be concerned to contact their bank directly for more information.

Tropical depression Gabrielle – February 11st & 12nd

The path of tropical depression named ‘Gabrielle’ forces the company to cancel all flights from Saturday 11/02 in the morning until Sunday 12/02 at noon.

The passengers concerned are notified by text or email and rescheduling solutions are offered to them as soon as possible.

Trips can also be postponed without penalty charges if booked in the same fare category as original tickets.

How to change your plane ticket online ?

It’s been several weeks since you booked your trip on our lines, but here it is: a few days before the trip, you spot an error in your reservation. No worries. Depending on the ticket you have chosen, you will be able to modify your plane ticket online, but under certain conditions.

Check the conditions of your plane ticket

It is quite possible to modify a plane ticket after booking. For this, it will be necessary that the conditions of the purchased ticket provide for it. At Air Calédonie, apart from promotional tickets, most tickets can be changed, either before departure, after departure or both, depending on the fare class. So, it is better to opt for the Full Price, Standard or Leisure fare class to anticipate a possible change of program because these are the ones that offer you the most flexibility! Please note: only changes to dates or times are possible.

Change your plane ticket online, step by step

After verification, you can change your plane ticket online.
To do this, connect to your personal space on our site using the identifiers you used to book your ticket. Once you are logged in, your booking(s) should then appear. To select the reservation to modify, click on the number indicated in the “reservation code” column. You will then see the details of the tickets for this reservation: flight number, departure and arrival times, prices, name of the passenger(s), etc. At the top right, a “Manage booking” button is available. After clicking this button, select “Edit Flight”. You will then be automatically redirected to our booking engine where you can select your new date or new flight times. If the fare of your new ticket is higher than that of your original ticket, then you will be asked to pay the difference. You can then confirm your new reservation, which will then be displayed in your personal space. However, if you change your mind, you can also cancel your modification request before confirming it and maintain your trip as planned.

To remember

While you can easily change the date and times of your flights, it is not possible to change the name of the reservation, nor change the destination. If you want to fly to another of our destinations or change the passenger(s), then it will be best to cancel your booking and make a new one.
