Complete the complaint form directly online, you will receive instant confirmation that your request has been registered. Our teams will carefully study your file and will provide you with an answer as soon as possible, within 28 days at most.
This declaration must be made in the baggage delivery area with an agent of the company.
In case of operational contingency, if the company is responsible for the cancellation of your flight, non-residents are offered assistance by the teams at the relevant airport. If you did not receive this assistance, you can submit your accommodation invoices to us so that we can review your request and, if applicable, propose a reimbursement within the specified limit.
If the cancellation is not due to the company’s fault (weather conditions, unavailability of airport facilities, or other force majeure events), the company is not liable and the expenses remain the responsibility of the passengers.
The declaration is to be made at the freight counter with an agent of the company.
