To optimize the processing of requests for file adjustments since the beginning of the events, Air Calédonie invites all customers affected by a cancellation to fill out the dedicated form on its website.

Customers who have already submitted a request to our services are also invited to fill out this form – an email with further instructions will be sent to them shortly.

The teams are doing everything possible to process requests quickly, but due to the number of inquiries, processing delays are to be expected. Therefore, the company thanks its customers for their patience and understanding and reminds that all flights are canceled until further notice.

Situation Update – Wednesday, May 29

The company reminds its customers and passengers that commercial flights are canceled and all its administrative services are suspended until further notice.

However, Air Calédonie has been committed since the beginning of the events to ensuring an air bridge at the request of the authorities, with several flights per day to transport emergencies, repatriate populations, and facilitate the movement of personnel.

Additionally, the company invites people who need to be transported from or to the Loyalty Islands and the Isle of Pines to make themselves known to the Province of the Islands and/or the Government of New Caledonia to be included on the passenger lists for special flights.

Furthermore, teams are currently working on a plan for the gradual resumption of operations with a reduced commercial flight schedule that will be implemented once all safety conditions are met.

Air Calédonie will strive to provide more information to its customers as soon as possible, depending on the evolution of the situation, and invites them to regularly check its website and the dedicated “Flight Info” page.

The company informs its customers that a maximum number of rotations will be implemented according to an adapted schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, May 15, only if all safety conditions are met and depending on the development of the situation.

Due to the various confrontations that took place last night in Nouméa, all scheduled flights to and from all destinations are canceled this morning, Tuesday, May 14. The affected passengers have been notified via SMS or email based on the contact information provided during booking.

The airline is also compelled to keep the Pacific Plaza agency closed and to suspend the telephone sales service until further notice.

Air Calédonie will strive to provide more information to its customers as soon as possible, depending on the evolution of the situation.

Due to the announced blockage of Moué airport, all flights to and from Isle of Pines scheduled onTuesday, May 14th are cancelled. Affected passengers have been notified via SMS or email using the contact details provided during booking.

The airline remains attentive to the evolution of the situation and strives to communicate the consequences of this beyond event as soon as it is possible.
